Reservation policy :

– All reservations are guaranteed by credit card.
– You can change your reservation at any time.
– The balance of reservation will paid in Marrakech.
– We don’t accept checks.

Cancellation Policy :

– You can change or cancel your booking as follows :
– Ne fee, if you cancel 30 days before your arrival date.
– We charge 50% of the total of reservation if cancellation is made 14 days before arrival.
– We charge 100% of the total of reservation if cancellation made less than 14 days before arrival.

Taxes and others :

– A taxe of 3,5 euro by night by person is to be paid in Marrakech.
– Any paiement in Dirhams will be based on the fixed exchange rate of 1 euro = 11 Dh.
– A commission of 3% will be added for any paiement by credit card.
